OpenTibiaList Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the OpenTibiaList website at https://opentibialist.eu/ (the Service).

By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Service provider

3. Scope of the Service

The Service lets users add Open Tibia servers to a public list for free, display their online status, and optionally purchase premium points for promotions and ads.

The Service is not the operator of listed game servers and is not responsible for their operation.

4. User accounts

Registration requires a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for your account security and all actions taken while logged in.

The provider may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Adding servers

Servers must be online and respond to the standard OT status protocol when added.

Fake servers, false data, illegal content, or content infringing third-party rights are prohibited.

The provider may remove listings that violate these terms.

6. Premium points and payments

Premium points are virtual credits used for promotions (featured listing, ads, etc.).

Payments are processed by third-party providers: Stripe and HotPay.pl.

Points are credited after payment confirmation. Points are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash unless required by law.

Package prices are shown on the Points page before purchase.

7. Promotions and advertising

Promotions are activated for a limited time using premium points.

Ad content must comply with applicable law. The provider may reject or remove ads that violate law or good practice without refunding points.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We strive to keep server data accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy.

We are not liable for damages arising from listed game servers or payment provider decisions.
